Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a regular bail application before the Sessions/Trial Court.

Leave as sought is granted. The Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought. If such application is filed, the Sessions/Trial Court shall decide it on its own merits. 3.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, liberty is also granted to the applicant to file an application for interim bail which the Sessions/Trial Court shall decide within three days from the date of it's filing.
