By the present Anticipatory Bail Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief:- "(a) That in the event of him being arrested in connection with Complainant in C. R. No.56 of 2026 for offences 118(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) read with section 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita registered with Meghwadi Police Station, the Applicant may be released on bail on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of Justice."
