By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following relief in terms of prayer clause (a) :- a) That the Kapurbawadi Police Station, Thane may please be ordered and directed to release the Applicant on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with C.R. No. 0807 of 2025 registered with Kapurbawadi Police Station, Thane on 06/11/2025 under Sections 316(4), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 against the Applicant on such terms & condition as this Hon'ble Court deem fit. 2.

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Avinash Fatangare, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Arjun
