I have perused the order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, dated 18.03.2026 in Bail Application No. 714 of 2026. By the said order, the learned Additional Sessions Judge has rejected the application filed by the present applicant for anticipatory bail on the ground of non-disclosure of criminal antecedents.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the applicant is permitted to file a fresh application for Pramod S.Lakare 1/2

The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

The applicant shall not be arrested for a period of 10 days.
