At the outset, Mr. Priyal Sarda, learned Advocate for the Applicants, on instructions from Applicant No. 2 (Lokesh Mahesh Raut), seeks leave to withdraw the present Application and to file an independent Application for Anticipatory Bail on behalf of the said Accused No. 2 (Lokesh Mahesh Raut). 2.
Request made by Mr. Priyal Sarda, is not opposed to by Mr. V. B. Kondedeshmukh, learned APP for the State and Mr.
Chaitanya Mulawkar, learned Advocate for the Intervenor. 3.
In view of the no objection, leave granted to delete the name of Applicant No. 2 (Lokesh Mahesh Raut) from this Application, with liberty to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application.

Mr. Priyal Sarda seeks permission to forthwith delete Accused No. 2 (Lokesh Mahesh Raut). Permission granted. With the deletion of Accused No. 2 (Lokesh Mahesh Raut), Mahesh Maruti Raut becomes the sole Applicant in the present Application. 5.
By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantive reliefs in prayer clause (a) :- "a.
This Hon'ble Court be pleased to enlarge the Applicants on Anticipatory Bail in respect of FIR No. 66 of 2026 registered with the Saswad Police Station, PuneGramine for offences punishable under Sections 118 (2), 118(1), 189(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 308(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 upon the complaint lodged by one Subhas Dattatray Shivtare."

Mr. Priyal Sarda, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant (Mahesh Maruti Raut), seeks
leave to withdraw the present Application. This request of Mr. Priyal Sarda is not opposed by Mr. V. B. Kondedeshmukh, learned APP for the State and Mr. Chaitanya Mulawkar, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Priyal Sarda, leave granted to withdraw the present Anticipatory Bail Application.
