Heard learned counsel for the Applicants.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submit that these Applications are preferred before this Court without approaching the Trial Court.

The learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant and learned counsel for respective parties submit that they will approach the Trial Court and file Application before the Trial Court, but they are protected by this Court. Hence, the same protection be continued till passing of the order by the Trial Court, and on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw these Applications.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the Applicants, the Applications are allowed to be withdrawn dismissed and disposed of.
5.
The interim protection granted by this Court be continued till passing final order by the Trial Court.
6.
The Applicant shall file fresh Application before the Trial Court within one week from today and trial Court is requested to dispose of the Applications as early as possible.
7.
All pending Applications are disposed of.
