By the present Application, the Applicant has sought the following substantive reliefs in prayer clause (a):- "a.

The Applicants may kindly be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest in C. R. No. 275 of 2025 registered With the Malegaon City Police Station, Malegaon, Dist: Nashik registered the offence U/s. 318(4), 319(2), 336(2)(3), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 34 and 36 of Aadhar (Targeted Delivery Of Financial and Other Subsidied, Nenefits and Services) Act, 2016 on such a terms and conditions which this Hon'ble Court deem feet and proper."
