Heard Mr. Gaurav Bhawnani, learned Advocate for the Applicants in both these Anticipatory Bail Applications. He submits that the subject matter of both these Applications arises out of Crime No.333 of 2026 registered with Kurar Police Station Malad, Mumbai. 2.
Ms. Anagha Deshmukh, learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer Mr. Bharat Darade, P.I., states that the present Anticipatory Bail Applications filed by the Applicants are premature. She further submits that the maximum punishment in Crime No.333 of Akash
Sr.No.49 & 50- ABA-1059-1060-2026.doc 2026 is upto five years. She submits the Investigating Officer is in the process of issuing notice under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Surakha Sanhita, 2023.

In view of the statement made by the Ms. Anagha Deshmukh, learned APP, Mr. Gaurav Bhawnani, learned Advocate for the Applicants, on instructions from the Applicants craves leave to withdraw the Anticipatory Bail Application No.1059 of 2026 and Anticipatory Bail Application No.1060 of 2026.
