By the present Application, the Applicant has sought the following relief :- (a)In the event of the arrest of the applicant, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant the Anticipatory Bail on such terms and conditions, as deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court, in connection with C.R. No.68 of 2026 registered by Badalapur East Police Station, for the offences alleged against her under section 143(2), 143(3), 318(4), 335, 336(3), 337, 339, 340(2), 125, 271, 272, 61(2) of BNS, 2023 and u/s 28, 29, 33 of The Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulations) Act, 2021 and u/s 27B (ii), 18(c) of The Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940."

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Niranjan Mundargi, learned Advocate for the Applicant, sought a pass over. At this request, this Application is taken up after some time.

Mr. Niranjan Mundargi, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Anticipatory Bail Application. 4.
The request made by Mr Niranjan Mundargi, learned Advocate for the Applicant, is not opposed by Mrs Geeta Mulekar, learned APP for the Respondent/State. 5.
In view of the statement made by Mr. Niranjan Mundargi, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave granted to withdraw the present Anticipatory Bail Application. 6.
Anticipatory Bail Application No.1065 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn.
