By the present Application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Applicant seeks pre-arrest bail on the apprehension of arrest in FIR bearing No. 193 of 2026, dated 22 July 2016, registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Pune (FIR), for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472 r/w 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Maharashtra Prevention of Malpractices Act, 1982. 2.

After having the matter for some time, Mr. Dhanraj Lodha, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions
