By the present Application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Applicant seeks pre-arrest bail on the apprehension of arrest in FIR bearing No. 136 of 2026, dated 14 February 2026, registered with D. N. Nagar Police Station, Andheri, Mumbai, for offences under Sections 309(3), 309(4), 126(2), 353, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 37(1) of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.

After having the matter for some time, Ms. Smita Shirke, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Anticipatory Bail Application.
