Mr. Mohammed Adil Khatri, learned Advocate for the Applicant, states that there are typographical errors in the order dated 28.04.2026 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1082 of 2026 for which he has produced a chart showing the errors and corrections, which forms a part of the praecipe, the said chart is taken on record and marked "X-1" for identification. Mr. Ameet Palkar, learned APP for the State, upon perusing the praecipe and chart, states that the necessary corrections can be made in the order dated 28.04.2026.

In view of the above, the necessary corrections as suggested in the chart (X-1) be done in the order dated 28.04.2026, year 2022 be substituted with 2023.
