By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking prearrest bail in connection with FIR bearing No. I 105 of 2026 registered with Bhiwandi City Police Station, Bhiwandi under Sections 351(2), 191(3), 191(2), 190, 189(4), 189(2), 189(3), 109, of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 135, 37(1), of Maharashtra Police Act and Arms Act.
