Mr. Shirish Gupte, learned Senior Advocate for the Applicant states that though the Complainant / Informant was heard before the Sessions Court, by inadvertence, he remained to be added as party to the present proceedings. He therefore seeks leave to add the First Informant / Complainant as party Respondent No. 2 in the present Application.

The request made by Mr. Shirish Gupte, learned Senior Advocate, is not objected to by Mr. Sukanta Karmakar learned APP

for the Respondent - State. He states that the presence of the Complainant - Informant is necessary.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Shirish Gupte, learned Senior Advocate and the no objection by Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP, leave is granted to amend the cause title of the Application to add the First Informant / Complainant as party Respondent No. 2.

Mr. Shirish Gupte states that amendment would be carried out forthwith. Permission granted.

Issue notice to the Respondents.
