By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (a) :- "a) That in the event of arrest of the Application by the VB Nagar Police Station, Mumbai i.e., the Respondent under. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to release the present applicant on Anticipatory Bail in connection with C.R. no. 288 of 2026 registered with V. B. Nagar Police Station, Mumbai for the alleged offences punishable u/s. 3(5), 316(2) & 318(4) of BNS, 2023 any terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem, fit and proper." 2.

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Amol Thobre, on instructions of the Applicant craves leave to Vivekanand

Mr. Karmakar, learned APP for the State, does not object to the request made by Mr. Amol Thobre, learned Advocate of the Applicant.

In view of the statement made by Amol Thobre, learned Advocate for the Applicant and the no objection by Mr. Karmakar, learned APP, leave granted to unconditionally withdraw the present Application.

The Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1113 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
