By the present Anticipatory Bail Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief:-

(100) ABA-1773.26.DOCX b) Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant interim anticipatory bail to the Applicant Pankaj Shashikant Dhiwar in connection with the F.I.R. arising out of C.R.No.: 161 of 2026 registered with Saswad Police Station Pune Rural at the behest of one Police Havaldar Vinayak Ashok Hake for the offence punishable under section 109,194,189(2), 189(4), 125 (a), 132 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending decision in Criminal Bail Application No.: 1955 of 2026 before the Court of Sessions at Pune."
