By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief in prayer clause 13(a) which read as under :- "a) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly enlarge the Applicant on Anticipatory bail in connection with the C. R. No. 75/2026 dated 10/03/2026 registered with Faraskhana Police Station, Dist - Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 316(5), 318(4) r/w. 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023."
