By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (a) :- a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to release the Applicant on Anticipatory Bail in connection with the FIR No. I - 54 of 2026 lodged by Shivan Dinkar Funde at Ulhasnagar Police Station, Ulhasnagar for the offences under Section U/s. 109, 351(2), 325, 55, 3(5) of BNS, and under Section 4, 25 of Arms Act and under Sections 37(1), 135 of Maharashtra Police Act. 2.

After having heard the matter some time, Mr. Dhiraj Panchange, learned Advocate for the Applicant sought a pass over. Vivekanand
