By the present Application, the Applicant has sought the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (a) which read as under :- "(a) That Accused/Applicant above named may please be released on Anticipatory Bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Ambernath Police Station, C. R. No. 77/2026 registered under Section 109, 118(2), 115(2), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 on such terms and condition as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." 2.
