The Applicant Mr. Indra Kumar Alias Indrajeet Kumar Baheliya, Age; 46 Years, Falsely Implicated In C.R No. 42 Of 2026 Registered With Kongao Police Station For The Alleged Offence Under Sections 306 Of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, May Kindly Be Released On Anticipatory Bail On Such Terms And Conditions As This Hon'ble Court May Deem Fit And Proper.
