Learned Counsel for the Applicants states that the relevant CCTV footage is available in respect of the first incident dated 14.04.2026. However, the Investigating Officer Mr. Pravin Phadtare states that the said footage is not clear.

2) Be that as it may. Let the Investigating Officer file necessary report about the incriminating circumstances based on the said CCTV footage of the first incident.
