Mr. Akash Dalvi, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Applicant, submits that Criminal Bail Application No. 616 of 2026 has been filed by the Applicant before the District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune. However, on the past two occasions, viz., 8th May 2026 and 13th May 2026, the said Application AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV was not heard since the board was discharged. He submits that the next AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV Date: 2026.06.04 17:26:57 +0530 date of hearing of the said Application is tomorrow viz., 4th June 2026. 2.

Considering this, no further orders are required in the matter at this stage, stand over to 11th June 2026.
