The present application is preferred by the Applicant for quashing of the Charge-sheet being RCC No.3089 of 2024 arising out of the First Information Report vide Crime No.431 of 2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered against him.

2. The applicant is brother-in-law of non-applicant No.2 and staying in Dubai. He is present before the Court through Video Conferencing. The complainant is also physically present before the Court and she has stated that, the matter is settled between the parties. She has no grievance against this applicant.

3. The Charge-sheet and the FIR filed against the mother-in-law and father-in-law of the non-applicant No.2 are also quashed and set aside by this Court.

4. As the matter is settled between the parties, the First Information Report vide Crime No.431 of 2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and consequent proceeding arising out of the same bearing RCC No.3089 of 2024 are hereby quashed and set aside.
