By this application, the applicant is seeking direction to the non-applicant to deposit arrears of maintenance amount Rs.5,48,000/-.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has filed an execution application before learned JMFC at Wardha in view of Section 125(c) of the CrPC. He has also filed an application for attachment of property as well as attachment of amount from pension. However, no orders are passed. By order dated 1.10.2020, learned JMFC has directed the non-applicant to pay amount Rs.2000/- towards rent of the house and maintenance @ Rs.7000/- from the date of application and amount Rs.50,000/- towards compensation. Despite the said orders are passed, the non-applicant has not paid arrears of amount and total amount Rs.5,48,000/- is due from the nonapplicant. It is submitted that despite the applicant has taken due efforts to recover the amount, as the trial court has not passed appropriate order, the applicant is on starvation as she has no other income to survive and to incur expenses. .....2/-

Considering the limited prayer of the applicant, learned JMFC, Court No.2, Wardha shall dispose of the application at the earliest, which is pending before it for recovery of the amount.
