In both these applications, the applicants have filed the application for quashing of the F.I.R. bearing No.0204/2024, registered by the non-applicant No.1, for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the charge sheet filed against all the applicants and R.C.C. No.2560/2024 pending on the file of J.M.F.C., Corporation Court No.2, Nagpur.

The applicants in Criminal Application (APL) No.413/2026 Kishor Kholkute and Manjusha Kholkute are physically present before this Court while applicant Siddhesh Kholkute is present through V.C. and the complainant is also present through V.C. Their learned Advocate has identified them. The matter is settled between the
apl857.2026.odt parties. The complainant has stated that the amount towards settlement is deposited in the Court and she will receive it after withdrawing these applications and after taking divorce by mutual consent. The consent terms are also filed on record. As in-laws are physically present before the Court, the first informant has stated that the matter is settled and the amount is also deposited in the Court, the F.I.R., charge sheet and R.C.C. No.2560/2024 is quashed and set aside against all the applicants subject to deposing costs of Rs.10,000/- each with the Union Bank of India, High Court Branch, Civil Lines, Nagpur bearing Account No.129712010001014 and IFSC Code UBIN0812978 and producing the receipt thereof on record within two weeks.
