The applicants have filed this application for quashing and setting aside the First Information Report bearing No.517/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5), 115(2) and 85 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and R.C.C.No.05/2026 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Malegaon arising out of the Charge-Sheet.

Non-applicant No.2 has lodged the complaint against all the family members. During the pendency of this petition, the matter is settled between the parties. Nonapplicant No.2 is present before the Court and has been duly identified by her Counsel. She stated that the matter is now settled and they are staying together. She does not want to proceed further and has no objection to quash and set aside the First Information Report.

In view of the settlement between the parties, the First Information Report bearing No.517/2025 registered

2 66.apl.457.26.odt for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5), 115(2) and 85 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and R.C.C.No.05/2026 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Malegaon arising out of the ChargeSheet are quashed and set aside. 4.

Fees of the appointed Advocate for the applicants be quantified as per Rules.
