The applicant has filed this application for quashing the F.I.R. and charge sheet in Crime No.0249/2025, registered by non-applicant No.1, for the offence punishable under Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

The matter is amicably settled between the parties. Both the parties are present before the Court. The learned Advocates for the non-applicant No.2 and applicant have identified them and stated that the non-applicant No.2 has no grievance against the applicant. As the matter is settled, the F.I.R. and the charge sheet are set aside against the present applicant only.

On the request of learned Advocate for the applicant, cost is not imposed on the applicant as the matter arises out of matrimonial dispute.
