DATE : 01.04.2026 Learned APP pointed out the earlier order passed by this Court granting permission to the present applicant to withdraw the application with liberty to avail the remedies which are available as per the provisions of law. Subsequently applicant has preferred an application for discharge which came to be rejected. After rejection of that application instead of challenging said order this petition came to be filed. On showing disinclination to entertain the application learned counsel for the applicant seeks withdrawal of the application.

Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the applicant to file appropriate proceeding to challenge the order rejection of the discharge application.
