The applicants have filed this application for quashing of Charge-sheet bearing No.329 of 2015 arising out of the FIR in connection with Crime No. 305 of 2013 for the offence punishable under Sections 452,294 ,506 and 143 of the Indian Penal Code,1862.

The matter is settled between the parties. Earlier, applicant Vishakha has lodged the complaint against the non applicant and offence punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code was registered against the non-applicant No.2. The matter was settled and the FIR was quashed. The non-applicant No.2 has lodged the complaint against all these applicants during that period. The non applicant No.2 Kavita

2 / 2 47-apl 708-26 has stated that the matter is settled between them. The parties are present before the Court and they have stated that the matter is settled between them. In view thereof, the application is allowed and the Charge-sheet bearing No.329 of 2015 arising out of the FIR in connection with Crime No. 305 of 2013 for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 294,506 and 143 of the Indian Penal Code,1862, registered with Police Station Ajani,Nagpur is hereby quashed and set aside.
