The applicant has filed this application for quashing of the First Information Report No.335/2021, Charge-sheet No.29/2022 in R.C.C. No.848/2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 325, 294, 427, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant and the non-applicant No.2 are the cousins. There was dispute between the real brothers and they have settled their dispute. There are cross FIRs registered against each others. Two FIRs bearing Nos.303/2019 and 306/2019 are already quashed and FIR No.335/2021 is remained to be quashed.

Today, the applicant and the non-applicants are present before the Court. They have stated that they have settled the dispute and withdrawn the civil litigation. As the dispute is settled, both the parties prayed to quash the FIR. 8.

Non-applicant No.2 and the applicant are present before the Court. They are identified by their Counsel. They have stated before the Court that the dispute is settled. Hence, the application is allowed. 9.

The FIR No.335/2021 and the Charge-sheet No.19/2022 in R.C.C.No.848/2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 325, 294, 427, 506 of the Indian Penal Code are quashed and set aside.

The application stands disposed of.
