The applicant has filed this application for quashing First Information Report (FIR) No. 0755/2024 registered with Gittikhadan Police Station, Nagpur and Charge-sheet No. 68/2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498-A, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

During the pendency of litigation, the parties have arrived at the settlement and they have settled the dispute. The MOU was executed. As per MOU, the applicants have paid Rs. 12 Lakhs to non-applicant no. 2. 3.

Non-applicant no. 2 is present before the Court. She is identified by learned Additional Public Prosecutor by verifying the documents.

All the parties are present before the Court. As the matter is settled between the parties and in view of MOU and non-applicant no. 2 has stated before the Court that the matter is settled between them and she has received Rs. 12 Lakhs, the application is allowed.

FIR No. 0755/2024 registered with Gittikhadan Police Station, Nagpur and Charge-sheet No. 68/2025 filed against the applicants are quashed and set aside subject to costs of Rs. 10,000/- to be paid by the applicants collectively and non-applicant no. 2 to pay Rs. 10,000/- to the Public Welfare Account maintained with Union Bank of India, High Court Branch, Civil Lines, Nagpur bearing Account No. 129712010001014 and IFSC Code UBIN0812978 and to produce the receipt thereof on record within two weeks.

The application stands disposed of.
