The applicant has filed this application for quashing the First Information Report against him. 2.

The matter is settled between the parties. The divorce decree is passed. The amount of Rs.18,00,000/- is already transferred to the non-applicant No.2 and as per the terms and conditions, Rs.9,00,000/- will transfer and, thereafter, the proceedings before this Court will be quashed. 3.

Today, the learned Counsel for the non-applicant No.2 is present through V.C.. She is ready to give the account number of the non-applicant No.2 and to accept the amount by RTGS as the non-applicant No.2 is not present before the Court.

After supplying the account number, the applicant will transfer the amount and the matter will be disposed of on 23.04.2026.

Non-applicant No.2 is directed to remain present through V.C. on the next date.

Stand over to 23.04.2026.
