The matter is settled between the parties. The applicant has paid the remaining amount of Rs.9,00,000/- through R.T.G.S. The non-applicant No.2 is present through V.C. along with her Advocate. She has stated that she has received the amount. As the matter is settled between the parties and the non-applicant No.2 has received the amount as per the consent terms, the F.I.R., charge sheet and R.C.C No.623/2016 pending on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandrapur for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A and 323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 are quashed and set aside against the present applicant only.

The applicant and the non-applicant No.2 shall pay costs of Rs.10,000/- each with the Public Welfare Account maintained with Union Bank of India, High Court Branch, Civil Lines, Nagpur bearing Account No.129712010001014 and IFSC Code UBIN0812978 and producing the receipt thereof on record within two weeks.
