The applicants have filed this application to quash the First Information Report No.182/2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 85, 352, 115(2) read with Sections 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The learned Counsel for the applicants has stated that, after registration of the crime, the matter is settled between the parties. The parties are staying together. 3.

Both the parties are present before the Court and stated that, they are staying together. Non-applicant No.2 has stated that she has no grievance against both the applicants. She further stated that, they are staying happily and she has no objection to quash and set aside the First Information Report registered against these applicants. 4.

After considering the statement made by the non-applicant No.2 and in view of the fact that the parties are residing together, the First Information Report registered

The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
