The applicants have filed this application for quashing the Charge-sheet arising out of the First Information Report No.120/2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 118(2), 189(2), 189(4), 191(2) 191(3), 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

There are counter complaints against each other. The communal riots took placed at Umarkhed village and the crimes have been registered against both parties. 3.

Both the learned Counsel have stated that the matter is settled between the parties and they have filed the settlement deed on the record. The parties are ready to appear before the Court.
