The learned Advocate for the applicant seeks permission to add the R.C.C. number in prayer clause. Permission granted. The applicant to amend the application forthwith.

The applicant has filed this application for quashing the F.I.R., charge sheet and R.C.C. No.2564/2023 arising out of Crime No.29/2023, registered by the non-applicant No.1, for the offence punishable under Sections 354-A and 509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) and Section 67-A of the Information Technology Act. 3.

The allegations are made that the applicant along with other friends have started an account on Instagram and uploaded morphed photo of non-applicant No.2. The non-applicant No.2 has lodged the complaint and crime came to be registered.

The learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that the applicant and non-applicant No.2 have performed the marriage and they are staying together. In November 2025 the marriage was performed. The non-applicant No.2 is present before the Court and

apl962.2026.odt she has stated that they have performed the marriage and they are staying happily and she has no grievance against this applicant. 5.

The learned Advocate for the non-applicant No.2 has identified the non-applicant No.2.

Considering the contents of the F.I.R., the learned A.P.P. objected to quash the F.I.R.

As the applicant and non-applicant No.2 have performed the marriage and staying together, the F.I.R., charge sheet and R.C.C. No.2564/2023 arising out of Crime No.29/2023, registered by the non-applicant No.1, for the offence punishable under Sections 354-A and 509 of the IPC and Section 67-A of the Information Technology Act are quashed and set aside, however, considering the contents of the F.I.R. and the intention of the applicant, the applicant to pay costs of Rs.50,000/- to the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur and produce receipt thereof on record within two weeks.
