The applicants have filed this application for quashing Charge-sheet No. 37/2018 dated 10-5-2018 registered by non-applicant no. 1 Police Station and Regular Criminal Case No. 1797/2018 pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The complainant is wife. The applicants are the husband and his two sisters. 2.

During pendency of the matter, the matter is settled between the parties. Both the parties are living together since last 11⁄2 years.

Non-applicant no. 2 has stated that she is staying with applicant no. 1 and has no any grievance against all the applicants. She has no objection to quash and set aside the proceedings pending against the applicants. As the non-applicant no. 2/complainant has no grievance against the applicants and as they are living

2 apl 973.2026 together since last 11⁄2 years, Charge-sheet No. 37/2018 dated 10-5-2018 registered by Ambazari Police Station, Nagpur and Regular Criminal Case No. 1797/2018 pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagpur are quashed and set aside.
