The applicants have filed the present application for quashing of the First Information Report bearing Crime No. 691 of 2021 registered with Police Station Yavatmal city, district Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the complaint lodged by the complainant, i.e., non-applicant No.2 - the Company, the crime came to be registered against the applicants. During the pendency of the present application, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, and the applicants have paid the dues to non-applicant No. 2.

The authorized representative of the Company, namely Vikramkumar, is present through video conferencing. A letter of authorization has been filed on record, which is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. He has stated that the Company has received the full amount of Rs. 26,95,965/- and that the Company has no grievance remaining.

It is further stated that the Company has no objection for quashing of the FIR registered against the applicants.

As the Complainant himself has no objection to quash and set aside the FIR, the First Information Report bearing Crime No. 691 of 2021 registered with Police Station Yavatmal city, district Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code is hereby quashed and set aside, only subject to the applicants depositing Rs.25,000/-each with the Public Welfare Account maintained with Union Bank of India, High Court Branch, Civil Lines, Nagpur bearing Account No.129712010001014 and IFSC Code UBIN0812978 and producing the receipt thereof on record within two weeks.
6. The application is allowed in the above terms and disposed of.
