Arguable question are raised and they require consideration. Hence, the following order :

12-ALS-14-2026.doc (i) Leave granted to prefer appeal against acquittal in respect of the Judgment and Order dated 8th December, 2025 passed by the Sessions Judge, Thane in Sessions Case No. 67 of 2022.

(ii) Appeal is admitted.

(iii) Call Record and Proceedings with paper book.

(iv) Action under Section 431 of BNSS be taken by the Trial Court by granting bail pending this appeal to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 (original accused Nos.1 and 2) to its satisfaction.
