P.C.:- 1) Prayer clause (a) of the Petition is not tenable in law. Prayer clause (b) of the Petition reads as under :- "(b) Please to issue clarification on the order dated 01/02/2010 in respect of applicability of stay to proceed with trial against Respondent 3."
2) Perusal of the Order dated 1st February 2010 in Criminal Application No.3436 of 2008, clearly reveals that the said Order is self eloquent and needs no further clarification.
3) Application is accordingly dismissed.
