The Applicant has been arrested in Crime Registration No.568 of 2024 registered with Sangli City Police Station, Sangli for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 61(2)(A), 3(5), 223, 1/4
111(2)(B), (3), (4) and (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 3, 25 and 27 of the Indian Arms Act, and Sections 37(1)(3) and 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

It is the case of prosecution that the applicant had fired at first informant with firearm and injured him. The first informant was hospitalized. The Applicant was arrested and is in jail since last one year. The Applicant has filed this application. 3.
The first informant appeared through counsel and filed an affidavit that he is having good relations with the Applicant and he has no objection to release the Applicant on bail. The first informant is personally present before the Court and I have verified him. He has stated that he have no grievance against the Applicant. 4.
As the first informant, who is the injured, is not having any grievance against the Applicant, the case is made out to release the Applicant on bail. Hence, the Application is allowed on the following conditions :
i) The applicant, namely, Mohammad Jamal Nadaf shall be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with his recent self-attested photograph and surety of the 2/4
like amount on the following conditions at the satisfaction of the investigating officer;
ii) The applicant shall cooperate with the investigation and make himself available for interrogation whenever required;
iii) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any witness acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or to any police officer; iv) The applicant shall not obstruct or hamper the police investigation and not to play mischief with the evidence collected or yet to be collected by the police; v) The applicant shall mark his presence before Sangli City Police Station, Sangli twice in a week, i.e., on Monday and Thursday between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for the period of six months, from the date of this order;
vi) The applicant shall maintain law and order;
vii) The applicant shall, at the time of execution of the bond, furnish his address and mobile number to the investigating officer, and the court concerned, and shall not change the residence till the final disposal of the case; viii) The applicant shall regularly remain present during the trial, and cooperate with the Hon'ble court to complete the trial for the above offences.
