According to the applicant, he has paid an amount of Rs. 2,20,000/- by way of bank deposit in the account and loan account of the informant and he has purchased the tractor of the informant for Rs. 6,00,000/-.

In the meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the applicant Rameshwar Subhash Koli, in connection with Crime No. 292 of 2025 registered with Vairag Police Station, District-Solapur Gramin, he be released on bail on furnishing Personal Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. Applicant shall attend the concerned police station from 19th January 2026 to 23rd January 2026 everyday between 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and shall cooperate in the investigation. Applicant shall not tamper with prosecution evidence.

In view of this order, Interim Application No. 18 of 2026 is disposed of.
