The Applicant seeks deletion of condition (C) of paragraph 12 of the order dated 5th August 2024. The condition sought to be modified reads thus:

"(C) The applicants shall report to ATS, Kalachowki on the first Monday of every month between 10 a.m. and 12 noon and as and when called."

Heard Ms. Ashwinii Acharii, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Anuja Gotad, learned APP along with the Investigating Officer.

Ms. Acharii informs me that the charges are framed and that the Applicant is regularly attending the Trial Court. In these circumstances, particularly since the charges are framed, condition (C), directing the Applicant to report to ATS, Kalachowki on the first Monday of every month, can be relaxed to the extent that the Applicant shall report to ATS, Kalachowki on the first Monday of every third month between 10 a.m. and 12 noon and as and when required by the Investigating Officer.

The Interim Application is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
