By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition imposed under clause (v) of the order dated 15.11.2021 (Coram: V. G. Bisht, J.) to permit him to collect his passport deposited before the investigating officer.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP. 3.

Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel within the said application, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) Condition imposed under Clause (v) No. 5 (Coram: V. G. Bisht, J.), imposed on the applicant to deposit his passport before the Investigation officer, is hereby relaxed. (ii) Applicant shall take permission of the trial court before going abroad.

Interim Application is disposed of.
