By this application, the applicant seeks permission to travel to Dubai from 20th January 2026 to 10th February 2026. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn my attention to the orders dated 23rd August 2025 and 3rd October 2025 passed by co-ordinate bench of this Court in Interim Application Nos. 2804 and 2857 of 2024 respectively. By the said orders, permission was granted to the applicant to travel abroad on certain conditions.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1-CBI objected to grant of such permission. He submitted that, if permission is to be granted, some Digitally signed by SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date:

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for respondent No.1-CBI, I pass following order :
ORDER
1. The application is allowed.
2. The applicant is permitted to travel to Dubai from 20th January 2026 to 10th February 2026.
3. The investigating agency shall handover the passport of the applicant for that purpose.
4.
On his return to India, the applicant shall redeposit his passport with the investigating agency.
5.
The applicant shall deposit Rs.1,00,000/- as security with CBI. After returning, the applicant shall deposit his passport with CBI and withdraw Rs.1,00,000/-.
6.
On his return to India, the original title documents be returned to the applicant by the investigating agency. 7.
The applicant shall execute the P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/-. 8.
The applicant shall give details of his itinerary, the contact details and the place where he would reside to the investigating agency at the time of taking back his passport. The application stands disposed of in above terms. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.)
