By way of this Application, the Applicant seeks relaxation / modification of condition (d) of bail order dated 26th June, 2025, whereby the Applicant was directed to report to the concerned police station twice in every month (i.e., on 1st and 15th day of every month) between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, until further orders.

Heard Ms. Neetu Singh, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP representing the State.

Ms. Singh submits that the Applicant is a watchman and is a resident of Nepal. She submits that till date the charges have not been framed. She submits that since the Applicant is working as a watchman it is very difficult for him to attend the police station twice in every month. 4.
Considering the submissions made by both the counsel, I am inclined to allow the Applicant to the extent that the Applicant shall report to the concerned police station on 15th day of every alternate month between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

Rest of the order shall remain as it is.

Interim Application is partly allowed in the aforesaid terms and is disposed of.
