Applicants are convicted for offence punishable under Sections 394, 353 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code and are sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three years. Substantive sentence of imprisonment of applicants is suspended by the trial Court till filing of appeal.

In the result, application is allowed.

3.

During the pendency of appeal, Applicants Ramesh Sangappa Waghmare and Prakash Sangappa Waghmare be released on bail on executing personal bond of Rs.50,000/- each, with one surety each in the like amount.
