The Applicant has filed this application for relaxation of condition, which is imposed on him while granting the bail on 16th October 2024. The said condition was to attend the Akkalkot North Police Station, Solapur (Rural) once in a week on every Sunday between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The counsel for Applicant has stated that the Applicant is working in Pune and he has to travel from Pune on every Sunday to attend the police station. Now the trial is initiated. The Applicant is Gaikwad RD 1/2
20-ia-61-2026.doc appearing before the trial Court regularly. It is difficult for him to attend the police station on every Sunday. Hence, prayed to relax the condition.

As the chargesheet is filed, trial is initiated and the Applicant is regularly attending the trial Court, his presence can be secured in trial. Hence, the condition in Clause (c) of operative part of the order dated 16th October 2024 is hereby relaxed. 4.
The Application is accordingly allowed.
