The applicants are convicted vide Judgment and Order dated 14th May 2024 by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class for offence punishable under Section 392 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one year and fine of Rs. 1,000/- each. The applicants were on bail during the trial. Till date, they have undergone about 39 days of custody. The Revision is admitted and is not likely to come up for final hearing in the near future.

The application is therefore allowed.

Pending the hearing and final disposal of present Criminal Revision Application, the substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed upon the applicants is hereby suspended. The applicants be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount. 6.
