(a) Condition imposed on the applicant under clause (iii) of order dated 19th August, 2024 by this Court (Coram: Anil S. Kilor, J.) to attend Khed Police Station, District Pune, on 1st to 16th day of every month, till conclusion of trial, is hereby relaxed.
